This "digital diary" was created to document & catalogue the stories, events, & experiences I've collected (& continue to collect) throughout my life, & to provide a safe, soulful space to share them with you, from within this carefully curated container. It is a collection of my personal memoirs & musings...

As I add to this container, I am aware that some of the stories I tell could be triggering to certain people, while others may be deeply nourishing &/or healing. With that in mind, please check in with yourself as you navigate these pages, as I cannot be there in person to moderate or guide you through whatever comes up for you...so please take your time, & stop often to breathe & reflect along the way, & seek support if needed.

You can find all of the blog posts relating to a particular topic of interest by clicking on the menu tabs, that I've named after just some of the many words people use to describe us throughout our lives (at the very top & bottom of this page), or via the archives below, where you'll find the same names/blog categories listed in alphabetical order, & a list of blog posts in their chronological order of publication. 

I invite you to meander through this space however you see fit, & peruse the pages at your own pace, according to your own needs or desires. Feel free to join the "inner circle" to get notified of new memoirs & musings as I write them (you can find the link to subscribe to that free service below). Better yet follow Memoirs & Musings on Substack, so my offerings can be emailed to you or flagged on that platform when published, according to your settings. 

At the end of this page you'll also find links to my other websites, & my various social media accounts. Yes, there are quite a few of those, & that's because I enjoy using that particular medium as a form of "digital visual diary", creating multiple storyboards for different topics & moods. I will however make a cautionary note, that while these spaces were once great places to share & engage for those who are interested in ocular observation over oral or written accounts, sadly, with the strange agendas & algorithms rife on these platforms of late, they are no longer always safe places to commune & connect...so feel free to hang out with me here, & on Substack instead (or as well). 

Finally, may you find what you are seeking here amongst the pages & piles of bones left behind after each morsel I consume along the pilgrimage of this life...it's a messy pile, but it's my pile, & I'm happy for you to rummage through it if it helps you feel less alone in the world...
